Class Booking

If a booking request is made by using the Focus Mandarin website, you will receive an automatic email confirming we have received your booking request.

Class Arrangement

For class cancellations, students are required to contact Focus Mandarin at least 8 hours prior to the canceled classes. If student does not contact Focus Mandarin prior to canceled class, student will be charged for the entire class time period. Notifications of cancellations must be made in writing to info@focusmandarin.com.hk , to teachers’email or through private messages. Alternatively call Focus Mandarin on (852) 3965 3105. Course Validity

Students need to complete their lessons within the course validity (one year).

No extension will be allowed.

No expired lessons will be allowed to carry to next package, refund or transfer to another person.

Course Transferring Policy

If for any reason student is unable to continue lessons within the course validity, he/she may transfer remaining lesson period to another individual student – subject to Focus Mandarin’s approval. All packages can be transfer ONCE ONLY. No refunds under any circumstance.

Course Fee & Payment Policy

The course fee must be settled in full-payment 3 days before the start date of the course.
Focus Mandarin reserves the right to cancel the scheduled lesson if the course fee is not settled 3 days before the start date of the course.

No installments are accepted.

No credit cards are accepted.

The information provided by Focus Mandarin is correct at the time of publication / notification but may be subject to change. Focus Mandarin reserves the right to change course fees, dates, content or other related issues.
